1. Overview
At AgriLink Africa, we value our customers and aim to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled carefully as outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damage or spoilage at delivery.
- Perishable products are non-refundable if mishandled after delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product is delivered in damaged condition.
- The product is spoiled at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
4. Refund Process
- Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery through our support email or phone number.
- If eligible, a refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (TeleBirr, CBE, Chapa, etc.).
- Replacement products may be offered as an alternative.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued if incorrect delivery details were provided.
- Refunds will not apply for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
